Job Description Job Description Position Overview The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive patient care across aesthetic injectables, skin treatments, and wellness services including peptide therapy and hormone optimization support. This role requires a strong clinical foundation, an eye for natural results, and the ability to build long-term patient relationships. Key Responsibilities Aesthetic Injectables * Perform cosmetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins (e.g., Xeomin, Dysport) and dermal fillers * Administer biostimulatory treatments (e.g., Sculptra, hyperdilute Radiesse) * Conduct full-face assessments and develop customized treatment plans * Maintain consistent, high-quality before/after photography * Educate patients on long-term aesthetic planning and maintenance Skin & Device-Based Treatments * Oversee treatments such as IPL, microneedling, and laser services * Integrate skin health into overall treatment plans * Utilize consultation tools (e.g., AURA scanner) to support patient education and conversion Wellness & Peptide Therapy * Conduct consultations for wellness services including peptide therapy and metabolic optimization * Prescribe and manage peptide protocols (e.g., GLP-1 microdosing, MOTS-C, GLOW, KPV) in accordance with medical guidelines * Support hormone replacement therapy (HRT) programs including follow-ups and lab review * Educate patients on lifestyle, supplementation, and longevity-focused care Patient Experience & Sales * Deliver a high-touch, luxury patient experience * Build and maintain a loyal patient base through trust and results * Recommend and sell appropriate treatments, packages, and skincare products * Meet or exceed individual revenue and patient retention goals Clinical & Operational Excellence * Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation * Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures * Collaborate with team members and leadership on treatment plans and clinic initiatives * Participate in ongoing trainings and continuing education Qualifications * Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Oklahoma * Minimum 3 years of experience in aesthetic injectables * Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and advanced injection techniques * Experience or interest in wellness, peptides, and hormone therapy * Excellent communication and patient relationship skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment Company Description Be part of a modern aesthetic practice redefining the intersection of beauty and wellness Work with advanced treatments and protocols that go beyond traditional med spa services Opportunity to grow clinically, financially, and professionally within a high-level brand Company Description Be part of a modern aesthetic practice redefining the intersection of beauty and wellness\r\nWork with advanced treatments and protocols that go beyond traditional med spa services\r\nOpportunity to grow clinically, financially, and professionally within a high-level brand
