Job Description At Publicis Production, interns get a front-row seat to every corner of production - whether it's traditional media like TV and print, the fast-paced world of digital and social media, or the emerging AI tools and workflows shaping production today, you'll be right there.
Join forces with our expert teams and help produce content that stands out. You'll have the chance to work alongside renowned directors, photographers, and artists, contributing to a wide range of projects. Expect to learn about everything from live action and animation to audio mixing and photo editing, all while keeping pace with our brands' strategies.
As a Studio AI intern, you will join a team operating at the intersection of creative, production, and emerging AI systems. You'll support rapid prototyping - testing tools, building lightweight workflows, and creating documentation. You'll work across some of the best creative and technical teams in the business influencing how emerging technology is applied in the production process.
Responsibilities Program Details:
Join us for a 10-week paid internship in-person from June 8 to August 14. What you'll experience:
- Discipline development and mentorship: Opportunities to work on real client work and see production in action
- AI Focus & Connectivity: Exposure to emerging AI tools and workflows shaping production
- Production Craft & Capability Deep Dives: Understanding the disciplines and expertise behind world-class production
- Enhanced In Person Experience: Building culture and community through events, trainings & work sessions, starting in June
Qualifications - Hands-on experience with AI tools (image, video, and text generation) and a strong curiosity for how they can be applied in real production workflows
- Foundational understanding of automation concepts (APIs, prompt structuring, basic scripting in Python or JavaScript/JSON)
- Strong attention to detail around outputs (quality, consistency, and adherence to brand/compliance standards)
- Organized and proactive - able to document workflows, track experiments, and surface learnings clearly
- Submit your resume and a reel that highlights your best work along with your application
- Skills, curiosity, and dedication are our priorities - no college degree required
- Must be able to work on-site
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Compensation Range: $16.35 - $21.71 hourly. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
