Hope Network is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, person-centered applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, brain injury, and other behavioral health needs. As a BCaBA at Hope Network, you will assist in conducting functional behavior assessments, implementing behavior intervention plans, and collecting and analyzing data to guide clinical decision-making. You will provide direct support and skills training in areas such as communication, social interaction, daily living skills, and adaptive behavior, using evidence-based ABA strategies in home, clinic, school, and community settings as appropriate. You will help train, coach, and provide ongoing performance feedback to behavior technicians and direct support professionals to ensure consistent, high-fidelity implementation of treatment plans. You will collaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, caregivers, educators, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to promote generalization of skills and improve quality of life outcomes for the people we serve. Responsibilities include documenting progress in electronic health records, preparing clear and timely session notes and data summaries, participating in treatment team meetings, and assisting with updates to behavior plans based on data trends and client progress. This position requires strong professional ethics, cultural humility, and a commitment to person-centered care. You should be comfortable working with individuals across the lifespan who may present with challenging behaviors, and be able to follow clinical protocols while maintaining dignity, respect, and safety at all times. Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, and the ability to manage a structured schedule and multiple cases under BCBA supervision are essential. At Hope Network, you will join a mission-driven, inclusive organization that values collaboration, compassion, and innovation. You will have opportunities for ongoing professional development, mentorship from experienced BCBAs, and participation in trainings that deepen your ABA practice and broaden your understanding of neurorehabilitation and behavioral health services. This is a full-time role with a hybrid work environment that may include a combination of on-site/field-based sessions and some remote documentation or meetings, depending on program and client needs. If you are a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst who is passionate about empowering individuals with disabilities or disadvantages to achieve greater independence and community participation, and you want to be part of a supportive team making a meaningful impact every day, we invite you to consider joining Hope Network.
