Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable CDL Driver with interest or experience in auto transport (car hauling) to join our growing transportation team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating car hauling equipment and transport carriers to deliver vehicles efficiently and securely.

Compensation Details

• Percentage-based pay (typically 20%–30% per load)
• Average weekly earnings potential: $1,200 – $2,500+
• Annual earnings potential: $60,000 – $120,000+
• Earnings vary based on routes, experience, and availability

Key Responsibilities

• Operate auto transport carriers (car haulers) safely across local, regional, and long-haul routes
• Load, secure, transport, and unload vehicles using proper car hauling techniques
• Inspect vehicles before and after transport for accuracy and condition
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections (brakes, tires, lights, hydraulics, etc.)
• Plan efficient routes while complying with DOT regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and deliveries
• Ensure all loads are properly secured to prevent damage

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Commercial Driver’s License)
• Minimum 3 years of clean driving record
• Previous CDL driving experience required
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
• Ability to handle physical aspects of loading and securing vehicles
• Professional, reliable, and safety-focused

Preferred Qualifications

• Auto transport / car hauling experience preferred
• Experience with vehicle loading and securement
• Familiarity with multi-car trailers
• Manual transmission experience
