About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Compliance Officer to take on a pivotal role in leading and enhancing its enterprise-wide compliance, regulatory, quality, and risk oversight functions. The successful candidate will be a key partner to senior leadership, responsible for strengthening the systems, standards, and operating discipline that support the organization's mission-driven and highly regulated environment. This executive will be expected to lead the company's overall compliance and oversight strategy, ensure alignment with all relevant requirements, and drive a proactive, solutions-oriented compliance culture that supports both operational excellence and ethical standards. Applicants for the Chief Compliance Officer position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory oversight, legal/compliance operations, or related functions. A background in healthcare services, particularly in regulated care settings such as behavioral health, mental health, or home health, is highly valued. The role requires a candidate with a strong blend of healthcare compliance expertise, operational judgment, executive communication skills, and practical leadership. Experience with Medicaid, regulatory oversight, and payer-related compliance is essential. The ideal candidate will be a calm, thoughtful, and highly credible leader, capable of bringing structure and driving continuous improvement in a multi-location, growth-oriented environment.
