About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Learning and Credentialing Officer (CLCO) to lead its global learning and credentialing ecosystem. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of education and certification programs, with a primary focus on positioning the company's credentials as the global standard for workforce qualification in corrosion and materials performance. This role involves leading the credentialing strategy and market expansion, modernizing the learning ecosystem, and driving digital and data transformation of learning systems. The CLCO will also have full P&L ownership of the credentialing portfolio, with a key emphasis on member value and revenue generation through education, certifications, and global partnerships. Applicants must have a demonstrated track record in association or member-based organizations within standards-driven sectors, with at least 15 years' of leadership experience in credentialing, workforce development, or professional education. The role requires a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, strong product and financial acumen, and the ability to influence regulators and industry stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a global mindset, experience in international markets, and a deep commitment to the mission of advancing materials performance to protect society, assets, and the environment. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's, MBA, EdD, or PhD strongly preferred. The CLCO will also be expected to have a high level of ethics and integrity, particularly in the stewardship of credential integrity and examination security.
