We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to lead the preparation, negotiation, and management of a wide range of commercial agreements across multiple business areas. This role offers the opportunity to shape agreements that support innovative, high-impact projects in finance, technology, education, and sustainability. You will oversee direct reports, act as a trusted escalation point, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure legally sound, clear, and efficient agreements. Accountabilities In this role, you will: Manage and oversee a team responsible for negotiating and finalizing commercial agreements. Serve as an escalation point for both direct reports and business line stakeholders. Supervise the legal engagement process and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Identify process efficiencies and implement improvements to streamline contract management. Assess, mitigate, or escalat[e] legal risks associated with commercial agreements. Act as a liaison between various stakeholders to ensure agreements meet business objectives. Handle a variety of agreements, including master services agreements, software-as-a-service agreements, NDAs, sponsorship agreements, collaboration agreements, and memorandums of understanding. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Law. 5+ years of experience in contract negotiation or as a contract manager. Strong command of English, both written and verbal. Proficiency with workflow management tools such as Monday.com and Jotform. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage and mentor direct reports. Bonus qualifications: Qualified to practice law. 2+ years of people management experience.
