The Controller will be responsible for developing and managing the client's financial and accounting systems, establishing processes, and ensuring controls are in place to support growth. Key responsibilities include streamlining the chart of accounts, enhancing system capabilities, improving inventory management practices, and building an accounting infrastructure to support future growth.
Additionally, the Controller will handle the financial close process, ensuring GAAP compliance and documenting accounting policies for audit purposes. The role also involves developing strategic financial insights, such as monthly board reporting, cash flow projections, and working capital analysis.
