Job Description

The Creative Services Design Intern will support a wide range of graphic and motion design initiatives across broadcast, digital, and marketing platforms. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced sports media environment, with a focus on design workflows, animation and brand driven creative execution. Interns will collaborate with Creative Services Designers and Producers to contribute to real-world projects while gaining exposure to the full creative lifecycle from concept through delivery.

This is an onsite internship in Watertown, MA paying $15/hour.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the Creative Services Design team in creating graphics and motion assets for broadcast, digital, and social platforms
  • Assist in versioning templates for marketing and sponsorship elements, and in-game graphics
  • Prepare and organize project files for delivery, including asset management and quality control
  • Help maintain brand consistency across team, league, and sponsor deliverables
  • Assist in simple editing tasks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Producers, Designers, and Marketing partners
Qualifications:
  • Must be currently enrolled as a student in a College or University, preferably a rising Junior/Senior or Master's program in Production, Marketing, Liberal Arts or TV/Radio/Film or similar.
  • Strong understanding of the New England sports landscape.
  • Ability to shoot and edit, and familiarity with a post-production or production setting.
  • Availability to work on location.
  • Excellent verbal and writing communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and time management abilities
  • Analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Leadership and team development experience (if applicable)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Premiere
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Working on BA/BS/Master's degree in Production, Marketing, Liberal Arts or TV/Radio/Film
  • Ability to shoot and edit, and familiarity with a post-production or production setting.
  • Familiarity with Adobe After Effects
