We are seeking a motivated and experienced Dental Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Shoreline location. This pivotal role ensures smooth office functioning, exceptional patient service, and a motivated, well-supported team. Dental Office Manager
Job Description Oversee daily dental office operations to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction
Manage patient service inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Lead, mentor, and support the dental team, promoting teamwork and professional growth
Foster positive office morale aligned with company culture
Develop and maintain efficient staff schedules balancing office needs and team availability
Audit and verify patient accounts and billing accuracy
Present treatment plans clearly and compassionately, assisting patients with financial discussions
Track and report on office performance metrics daily and monthly
Support additional office needs as required to ensure overall success
Travel to DeNovo offices (newly acquired locations) to aid in smooth integration and operations
full-time $70,000 - $74,000 per year

High school diploma or GED required
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively
Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
Positive, welcoming attitude with a genuine desire to serve patients and staff
Willingness to travel for DeNovo office support as needed
Minimum of 2 years management experience; dental industry experience preferred
