Responsibilities As a Design Associate Manager, you will report to the SodaStream Brand Design Director, partnering and executing comprehensive brand and graphic design projects across the SodaStream portfolio of flavors, equipment and accessories. Successful candidates will demonstrate a superior ability to create high-quality, inspirational brand design solutions and to start applying design thinking from ideation through concept development, refinement, and execution. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to build upon existing capabilities as well as broaden your functional expertise as you drive our brands through all consumer touchpoints. Examples of projects may include the development of brand identity, consumables packaging, secondary packaging, sub-brands, retail displays, 360 brand campaigns, social media strategy, promotions, and immersive brand activations, with solutions that span the gamut from print, packaging, social/digital, licensing, environmental and new media. Projects may be executed in partnership with internal/external resources. Compensation and Benefits The expected compensation range for this position is between $93,500 - $156,450. Location, confirmed job‑related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications 5+ years of experience, with a minimum of 4 years (recent) in a hands‑on graphic design or strategy role BS/MS Degree(s) in Communication Design, Packaging Design, Brand Design, Graphic Design preferred but not required Strong conceptual design skills, package design, and design strategy experience Advanced experience with Adobe Creative Suite software 360 brand design experience (i.e., print, packaging, digital, environmental, experiential) Technically solid, able to illuminate ideas and visualize design stories across a variety of media Design / Illustration – Creating all kinds of visual assets and layouts in a wide variety of illustrative styles Experience working with motion-based and digital media Extraordinary design taste and expertise with an excellent sense of design trends Ability to work in an agile, dynamic work environment with a start‑up mentality (comfortable with risk and uncertainty) Effectively communicates (verbally and written) with internal and external business partners Collaborative and works well with others to deliver results; keep others informed to avoid unnecessary surprises Ability to multitask. Excellent time and project management skills to be able to meet project deadlines Passionate, motivated and extremely creative.
