Bring your expertise in acute dialysis to a dynamic clinical environment serving a float pool within a network of leading hospitals. This contract assignment requires a skilled RN with strong experience in both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis, utilizing advanced technologies such as Tablo and Baxter Amia systems. Flexible coverage supports several hospital sites, including varied scheduling and the opportunity to broaden your professional impact.


Schedule/Hours:

• Day shift: 0600-1800
• 3 twelve-hour productive shifts per week
• Includes up to 2 Saturdays each four-week schedule
• Rotating weekends
• 5-7 on-call shifts in each four-week period (Monday-Saturday 1800-0600; one 24-hour Sunday call required)

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current accreditation
• A minimum of one year of acute dialysis experience
• Proficiency in both hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis modalities
• Experience working across multiple sites or in float pools is strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced hospital environments
• Familiarity with Tablo and Baxter Amia dialysis equipment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis services to acute patients
• Travel between designated hospital locations as assigned
• Provide care coordination, patient education, and thorough documentation
• Participate in an equitable rotating on-call schedule, responding promptly to emergent needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management
