Digital Marketing Specialist

TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist located in Atlanta, GA. Responsible for supporting campaign assets within the marketing automation platform, including building and supporting standard programs such as email communications, lead processing and capture, nurturing and integration with CRM. We are looking for someone who is agile and quick on their feet with a passion for marketing, data, and reporting.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a hands-on, data-driven role in building, testing, and executing marketing automation campaigns for TK Elevator. Prior knowledge of best practices for lead management, search engine optimization, marketing automation campaigns, and website management are required. In addition, this position will proactively collaborate with internal teams on marketing automation initiatives, taking responsibility for performance, quality, support, and reporting, as needed.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Create emails, landing pages, forms, and reports
  • Process & Manage Lead Intake & Assignment
  • Manage approvals and facilitate edits and changes to email, landing pages, production schedules, and more to ensure the successful launch of all campaigns.
  • Manage execution of SEO strategy, including localized SEO and global SEO best practices
  • Monitor and report on effectiveness metrics related to the website, campaigns and landing pages
  • Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, and programs/campaign ROI
  • Identify opportunities for testing and recommendations for program improvements

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in B2B digital marketing/marketing automation, i.e., Marketo, Hubspot, Eloqua, Pardot or similar REQUIRED
  • Experience in the elevator industry preferred
  • Experience in detailed components of elevator, escalator, and moving walk manufacturing
  • Knowledgeable with software programs such as CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite), Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Knowledge of industry best practices for marketing automation, list management, and the ability and desire to learn new tools and technologies quickly and applying to marketing challenges
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment; enthusiastic, self-motivated and flexible
  • Experience working with business owners in defining reporting and data requirements
