Pay: $1766 - $2127 | Shift: 3x12 Days

As an ER Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to patients in need of urgent medical attention. You will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for your patients. This position offers a day shift schedule with weekend and holiday rotations, and you may be required to float to other hospital locations in Illinois.

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in patient care
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to nursing standards and state laws
• Document patient care according to standards of care
• Perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care
• Develop and execute individualized patient care plans
• Participate in department performance improvement activities
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units and departments
• Utilize critical thinking for patient safety and escalate as needed
• Participate in professional nursing activities and peer review processes
• Active IL RN Licensure, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and either TNCC or TNS required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; education verification required
• Need 1 year experience in setting
