Are you highly organized and seeking full-time hours? Available for at least 6 months? Express Employment Professionals is seeking an Event Planner for a busy PSU College.
+ $28/hour
+ 8am - 4:30pm M-F In person
+ 6 months possibly longer

+ Duties will include Planning events for the college, manage post event reviews and evaluations, assist with event budgets, prepare and submit reports, attend meetings, schedule on-site and virtual meetings for students, order program materials and prepare correspondence, organize and maintain files and folders on each student. Submit travel reimbursements, reserve fleet vehicles for trips, manage clothing orders and prepare for scholar awards.
+ Seeking candidates that are well organized with 3+ years of event planning experience and/or administrative experience. Must have the ability to multitask, communicate well and possess intermediate to advanced computer skills especially in MS Excel, Teams and SharePoint . This position will require a high level of efficiency and time management. HS Diploma required, some college preferred.
