$86,000 - $94,000

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and trust.
  • Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective sales approaches.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product offerings to provide clients with up-to-date information.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills continuously.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services or sales, with a focus on client engagement, is not necessary.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
  • Ability to collaborate with team members to develop strategic sales approaches.
  • Knowledge of current insurance products and industry trends.
  • Proficiency in conducting financial assessments to recommend suitable products.
