Master the fundamentals through "ground-up training," covering essential skills like safe glass handling and lifting, in-depth product knowledge, precise installation techniques, and effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with a team of skilled technicians to expertly install frameless glass shower enclosures. Deliver exceptional craftsmanship and provide outstanding service that delights our customers. Qualifications Experienced (Preferred, Not Required): Familiarity with carpentry or construction is a plus. Hands-On: You enjoy working with your hands and possess a basic understanding of hand and power tools. Physically Capable: You can regularly lift, carry, and maneuver heavy glass panels up to 75 lbs. Detail-Oriented: You can accurately read a tape measure and have solid basic math skills (assessment required during the interview).
