Install new glass using proper techniques to ensure safety and compliance with industry standards. Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively. Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Assist in training and mentoring junior installers when needed. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding job progress and any issues that may arise. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction with the work performed. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive glass installation or a related field is preferred. Certification in automotive glass installation is a plus. Proficiency in handling various types of auto glass, including windshields, side windows, and rear windows. Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations related to automotive glass installation. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision. Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Valid driver’s license with a driving record that allows you to drive customers and company vehicles. Performance Collision Center is a drug‑free workplace.
