Our integrative wellness clinic is seeking a compassionate and motivated Life Coach to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you will partner with clients to support meaningful, sustainable change across nutrition, lifestyle, mindset, and overall well-being. You will work alongside our practitioners to deliver a whole-person approach to health, helping clients translate clinical recommendations into achievable daily habits.
• Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to help clients clarify health goals, identify obstacles, and build personalized action plans.
• Guide clients through behavior change strategies related to nutrition, sleep, stress management, movement, and self-care.
• Collaborate with clinic providers to support and reinforce treatment plans through ongoing accountability and follow-up.
• Facilitate group workshops, wellness classes, or educational sessions on integrative health topics as needed.
• Document client progress accurately and maintain confidential records in accordance with clinic policies and HIPAA standards.
• Provide warm, non-judgmental support that empowers clients to take ownership of their well-being.
• Stay current on integrative health research, bio-individuality concepts, and evidence-based coaching practices.
Required:
• Completion of the Health Coach Training Program through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN).
• Strong understanding of holistic and integrative approaches to wellness, including bio-individuality and primary food concepts.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and motivational interviewing skills.
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality.
• Reliable, organized, and able to manage a full daily client schedule.
• Comfort working within a clinical, team-based environment.
Preferred:
• National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) credential or willingness to pursue it.
• Prior experience coaching clients in a clinical, functional medicine, or integrative wellness setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) or client management systems.
• Additional training in mindfulness, behavior change, or related modalities.
• Full-time, hourly position with consistent schedule.Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm.
