The role supports attorneys in personal injury cases and focuses on meeting client needs while maximizing case value. Compensation Base Compensation: $39,000 – $45,700 per year (paid by the hour). Full Benefit Package: 100% paid Health and Dental Insurance, 100% paid Long‑Term and Short‑Term Disability Insurance, incentive bonus opportunities, PTO, 401(k). Total Compensation Package (including benefits and monthly bonuses): $48,000 – $55,000. Responsibilities Regular interactions with clients, insurance companies, and healthcare providers by phone and in-person. Research and prepare documents to advocate for clients. Draft settlement demand packages. Review clients’ medical bills, records, and expenses. Receive and complete requests from attorneys. Training begins with one week at our West Wichita office.
