Licensed Clinician – Trauma & Grief Specialty | Azadi Therapy | Miami Beach, FL We're not a directory. We're not a platform. We're a boutique trauma and grief practice built on the belief that healing happens through relationship, not diagnosis. At Azadi Therapy, we work from a systems and strengths perspective. We see the whole person. We don't pathologize. We sit with people in their hardest moments and trust the process. We're looking for one clinician who gets that. Who we're looking for Someone who is excellent in the chair. Curious, present, and clinically grounded. You lead with relationship, not protocol. You understand that a diagnosis is a tool, not an identity, and you practice accordingly. You are: Licensed in Florida (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) or a registered intern under active supervision Trained in EMDR, Brainspotting, or Gottman, or genuinely open to getting there Comfortable working in person in Miami Beach Someone who thrives in a small, intentional practice environment What we offer $75 to $125/hour, 1099 contract In-person sessions in a warm, private practice setting on Lincoln Road Peer supervision and clinical community Specialty focus in trauma and grief, no generalist churn, no insurance maze A practice culture that actually matches your values This is not the right fit if you're looking for a high-volume caseload, a corporate structure, or a part-time side gig.
