Job Description
Small, busy law firm based in the Bay Area with a state-wide practice seeks a Litigation Attorney to join our team. Bay Area/Northern California applicants accepted, and California bar license required. The candidate must have at least seven to nine years of experience in real estate and business litigation matters in private practice, including first chair trial work. The candidate must be committed, reliable, communicative and responsive, and able to work at a fast pace with great attention to detail and at times, minimal supervision. Court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, trials, and client meetings are part of the job, and may sometimes require travel outside of Northern California. Projects are diverse and will keep the candidate busy, including full management of cases. While the attorney will work in law firm offices, some work will also be remote, providing some flexibility for the disciplined attorney. Salary of $175,000 to $225,000 depending on experience, HSA/FSA or health stipend, and potential performance bonus.
