Position Summary

The Marketing Coordinator will support a variety of marketing activities including digital marketing, content development, trade shows, sales support, and internal communications. This is an entry-level position ideal for a recent graduate or an early-career professional interested in B2B industrial marketing.

This role offers the opportunity to develop a strong understanding of industrial markets, customer applications, products, and go-to-market strategies while supporting day-to-day marketing activities. The position is designed to provide exposure to various aspects of the business, including products, customers, industries, and sales processes, while building foundational marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, website, social media, and digital advertising channels
  • Assist with the creation and editing of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, flyers, email content, and website copy
  • Coordinate trade show activities, including promotional items, booth materials, shipping, registration, and post-show follow-up
  • Help maintain and update company websites, landing pages, and digital content
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance, website traffic, email metrics, and lead generation activities
  • Support social media scheduling and content calendar management
  • Support market research, competitor analysis, and customer research
  • Assist with CRM updates, lead tracking, and sales support activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams, outside vendors, agencies, and graphic designers to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Provide administrative support for the marketing team as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • 0 to 3 years of marketing, internship, or related experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, email marketing, SEO, and Google Analytics
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, Salesforce, or marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Interest in manufacturing, industrial products, automation, or B2B marketing is preferred
  • Spanish or Japanese language skills are a plus. Additional language skills are also a plus
  • Ability to travel up to 30% as needed for meetings, events, or other business needs.
