ResponsibilitiesPerform PT and MT inspections per NAS-410, AS9100, customer specs, and internal proceduresSet up, calibrate, and verify NDT equipmentInterpret inspection results and determine accept/reject criteriaIdentify and document defects and discontinuitiesMaintain accurate inspection and traceability recordsSupport NADCAP and customer audit requirementsWork closely with quality, engineering, and production teamsAssist with root cause analysis and corrective actionsFollow all safety procedures and PPE requirementsQualificationsCurrent or previous Level II certification in:Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)Knowledge of NAS-410 and AS9100 standardsAbility to read blueprints and technical drawingsStrong attention to detail and documentation skillsGood communication and teamwork abilitiesPreferred ExperienceAerospace, defense, or investment casting experienceFamiliarity with NADCAP requirementsExperience identifying casting defects such as porosity or inclusionsAdditional NDT methods (UT, RT, VT) are a plusExperience with digital inspection systems or ERP/MES software #J-18808-Ljbffr Torrey Holistics
