Job Description Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year work experience in a .6fte Operating Room Assistant position at MUSC CHS or 1 year of patient care work experience in a healthcare facility; or a college degree, or active enrollment in nursing school with completion of Nursing Fundamentals from an accredited institution; or active enrollment in a healthcare related field from an accredited institution; or a Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant, or equivalent training.
Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations: Basic Life Support required within 2 weeks of hire. Thereafter, must maintain. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers
certification is required. *****May require working irregular hours, rotating shifts and weekends.
*****Monday - Friday 4 / 10 hour shifts, 2 pm - 10 pm
