Job Opportunity: Part-Time Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated and empathetic Part-Time Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. Collaborating with a technology partner focused on enhancing digital experiences, you will provide exceptional, patient-centered mental health care utilizing advanced, tech-enabled tools. This position allows you to offer therapy to individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds, all within a flexible remote setting that promotes creativity, teamwork, and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to understand client needs.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual clients.
• Provide continuous therapeutic support through secure telehealth platforms.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EFT, and family systems approaches to assist clients with relationship issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our electronic health record system, adhering to ethical, legal, and HIPAA standards.
• Collaborate virtually with a multidisciplinary care team, including psychiatrists, primary care providers, case managers, and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive support for each client.
• Manage crisis situations with professionalism, conducting risk assessments, safety planning, and making appropriate referrals as necessary.
• Leverage our technology-driven infrastructure to streamline scheduling, documentation, and communication, allowing you to concentrate on delivering high-quality clinical care.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Possession of an active, unrestricted Marriage and Family Therapist license (e.g., LMFT) in the state where you practice.
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, technology-oriented environment.
• Experience with teletherapy and electronic health records is highly preferred.
