THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE
This is a full-time management position based in Hayden, ID, serving Kootenai and Bonner counties.
In this management role, you'll spearhead field operations, tracking metrics like revenue, reviews, upsells, callbacks, attendance, and safety compliance to ensure your team performs at its best. You'll oversee scheduling, job completion, and invoicing while conducting phone consultations and virtual estimating to keep customers satisfied. Training new hires and sharpening the skills of seasoned employees will be part of your routine, ensuring service standards and safety compliance are upheld. Partnering with ownership, you'll play a key role in developing KPIs, growth strategies, and operational improvements, all while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
