Job Description

Research Assistant

Join a collaborative and mission-driven basic science research team dedicated to advancing treatments and prevention strategies for Alzheimer's disease, stroke, and other neurological disorders. As a Research Assistant, you will work closely with experienced scientists and research staff in a supportive laboratory environment that values teamwork, curiosity, and scientific excellence.

This role offers hands-on experience with a wide range of neuroscience research techniques, including behavioral testing, molecular and cellular assays, drug delivery studies, and data analysis. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to innovative research while collaborating with colleagues to translate discoveries into meaningful improvements in brain health.

Work schedule:

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree with considerable coursework in a science related field such as chemistry, biology, etc.

Experience: Research experience in neuroscience, neuroanatomy, pharmacology, biochemistry, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience: Prefer minimum of six (6) months
