In this role, you will design and implement standards-aligned lessons in your subject area, using data to drive instruction and ensure that every student is challenged and supported to meet ambitious academic goals. You will collaborate closely with grade-level and content-area teams to develop curriculum, share best practices, and refine instructional strategies, leveraging technology and innovative teaching methods to deepen learning and student engagement. You will participate in ongoing professional development, coaching, and feedback cycles to sharpen your craft, contribute to school-wide initiatives, and model a growth mindset. You will communicate frequently with families about student progress and partner with them to support academic and social-emotional development.
