Schedule and manage the delivery, installation, and repair of equipment at client sites, collaborating with Customer Service, Sales, and Clinical Education teams to ensure smooth logistics and customer communication.
Ensure accurate service event records in SAP and C4C and manage the filing of service forms for compliance and business purposes.
Proactively review material availability in the ERP system to support timely service delivery, and track service activity dates and statuses in relevant applications.
Provide necessary KPI reports, log follow-up activities post-service, and work with relevant colleagues to review and update procedures and work instructions.
Monitor communications to address service stoppages and ensure timely delivery of services, including reviewing and maintaining equipment, material, and agreement records.
Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
Experience with corporate ERP and CRM systems (SAP and C4C preferred).
Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a customer facing environment; previous medical device equipment experience is preferred.
1-2 years of experience in logistics or project management.
