Job Description

Join a team dedicated to transforming operations through an AI-native platform that replaces traditional spreadsheet methods with real-time dashboards and agentic workflows. In this role, you will take ownership of core product delivery from start to finish, including platform foundations, integrations, analytics surfaces, and supporting the pilot launch. Key Responsibilities

• Ship production features across backend and frontend.
• Design and implement a scalable integrations framework.
• Build real-time analytics experiences.
• Architect an agentic tool-use layer compatible with MCP-style patterns.
• Establish strong engineering hygiene: testing, observability, and on-call readiness for the pilot.
• Iterate quickly and pragmatically.

• Strong, practical software engineering skills; capable of shipping end-to-end and unblocking yourself.
• Experience building SaaS products with APIs, data models, and production constraints.
• Deep comfort with integrations (OAuth2, webhooks, API pagination, rate limiting, sync semantics).
• A "vibe coding" mindset: effectively using AI tools (Copilot/ChatGPT/etc.) to move fast without sacrificing correctness, with good taste around tests, interfaces, and guardrails.
• Familiarity with MCP-style tool interfaces and/or building tool servers.
• Clear communicator who can explain tradeoffs and keep stakeholders aligned.

This is an hourly contract position with flexible remote work options.

Hourly rate ranges from $70 to $110.

Open to candidates who meet the qualifications and are eligible to work in the specified location.
