Summary: The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor will spearhead the development and execution of recruitment strategies that attract highly qualified candidates for a variety of roles, including technical, engineering, operations, transportation, maintenance, and safety compliance positions—across our pipeline operations. Reporting to senior leadership, this role requires a strategic thinker who can partner with internal teams to build and nurture a robust talent pipeline that supports our business goals.
