Schedule/Hours

• Travel position with flexible assignments

Qualifications

• Active RN license (NY only)
• Minimum of 2 years’ ER nursing experience
• Previous ER travel nursing experience required
• Strong telemetry background
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association only), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
• Facility cannot support first-time travelers in this role

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced, Level I trauma emergency department
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to treat a wide array of urgent and critical cases
• Offer support to boarding patients and assist with patient flow throughout the department
• Demonstrate leadership and critical thinking in acute situations, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes
