You’ll be immersed in emergency nursing, delivering age-specific, direct patient care using the Nursing Process and adhering to high standards set by the department and specialty. • Travel assignment with flexible shifts

Key Qualifications:

• Current RN license, eligible to practice in Vermont
• Minimum of 1-2 years’ recent ER nursing experience preferred
• Active ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC); if not already obtained, a course must be scheduled for Clinical Orientation
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and safety
• Demonstrated leadership skills and effective delegation
• Understanding of compliance with all State and Federal healthcare regulations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct, age-appropriate care to emergency patients
• Apply critical thinking skills in high-pressure situations
• Act as a clinical leader, delegating tasks to team members as appropriate
• Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and families
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with healthcare standards
