Job Description

Benevis Dental is seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team, providing high‑quality, compassionate dental care across multiple affiliated practices. In this role, you will travel between offices within an assigned region to deliver comprehensive general dentistry, support patient access to care, and help maintain continuity of services when practices experience growth, vacations, or staffing changes. Working within Benevis Dental’s collaborative and innovative culture, you will focus on patient-centered care, evidence-based treatment planning, and strong communication with both patients and clinical teams. Your clinical responsibilities will include performing exams, diagnostics, restorative procedures, extractions, preventive and basic endodontic care, and other general dental services consistent with your training and state regulations. You will work closely with hygienists, assistants, and office staff to ensure efficient patient flow, accurate charting, and adherence to clinical and operational protocols that support safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Because this role is travel-focused, you will adapt to different practice environments and team dynamics while consistently representing Benevis Dental’s commitment to professionalism, integrity, and excellent patient experiences. You will educate patients and families on treatment options, obtain informed consent, and clearly explain preventive strategies to improve oral health outcomes in the communities we serve. Benevis Dental supports ongoing development through mentorship, access to modern technology and clinical resources, and opportunities to participate in quality initiatives and process improvements. This position is ideal for a dentist who enjoys variety in daily work settings, values teamwork, and is motivated by expanding access to care and making a meaningful community impact while building a stable and rewarding clinical career.
