Benevis Dental is seeking a Traveling Associate Dentist to provide high-quality clinical care across multiple affiliated practices within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. As a key member of our patient-centered care team, you will travel to various Benevis-supported offices, delivering comprehensive general dentistry services that improve access to care and enhance patient outcomes in the communities we serve. You will perform exams, diagnostics, treatment planning, and a wide range of restorative and preventive procedures, including fillings, crowns, extractions, endodontics on select cases, and basic prosthodontics, while collaborating closely with hygienists, dental assistants, and office teams to ensure a seamless and positive patient experience. In this role, you will uphold evidence-based clinical standards, maintain accurate and timely charting, and follow all state and federal regulations, infection control protocols, and quality and safety guidelines. You will adapt to different practice environments and patient populations, demonstrating flexibility, cultural sensitivity, and strong communication skills as you move between locations. As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will also help mentor clinical staff on best practices, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and support Benevis Dental’s mission to expand access to quality dental care. Benevis Dental provides dental support services to affiliated practices across the US, enabling clinicians to focus on patient care while we handle many of the operational details that keep practices running smoothly. Our culture is collaborative and innovative, centered on clinical excellence, patient satisfaction, and continuous learning. You will have access to modern facilities and technology, administrative and clinical support, and opportunities for ongoing professional development, CE, and mentorship. By joining Benevis Dental as a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will work in a supportive environment that values your growth, encourages new ideas in patient care, and offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on underserved and diverse communities while enjoying the variety and autonomy that a multi-site role provides.
