Requirements include previous warehouse, packing, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred, strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, ability to work independently and as part of a team, reliable attendance and strong work ethic, RF scanner or warehouse management system (WMS) experience preferred but not required, ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
Job duties include picking, inspecting, and packing furniture and home furnishing products for shipment, assembling boxes and protective packaging to prevent product damage during transit, verifying product quantities and order accuracy before packaging, labeling cartons and preparing customer orders for shipping, unloading containers and organizing inventory in designated warehouse locations, assisting with shipping, receiving, and inventory movement as needed, inspecting products for damage or defects and reporting discrepancies, maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment, following all company safety procedures and quality standards, and performing additional warehouse duties as assigned.
