Location: Baytown, TX
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour
Schedule: 7:45 AM to 4 PM | Monday through Friday

Requirements: - Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- RF scanner or Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience preferred but not required
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift
Job Duties: - Pick, inspect, and pack furniture and home furnishing products for shipment
- Assemble boxes and protective packaging to prevent product damage during transit
- Verify product quantities and order accuracy before packaging
- Label cartons and prepare customer orders for shipping
- Unload containers and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory movement as needed
- Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
- Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
