A client in the entertainment and talent agency space is seeking a Senior WiFi Engineer to support and improve WiFi performance across a portfolio of U.S.-based offices. This role is highly hands-on and field-facing, focused on RF design, predictive analysis, validation, and optimization rather than traditional network engineering. The goal is to deliver a top notch, WiFi first office experience and resolve ongoing WiFi performance complaints. This role is not heavily focused on general networking; candidates are expected to have baseline networking knowledge, but WiFi/RF is the core focus. This engineer will travel site to site, partner with local onsite IT teams, and act as a trusted internal resource for WiFi expertise.
Approx. 50% travel / 50% remote
First 2 weeks of month are focused on predictive analysis, looking at what is currently configured in that office, strategizing/designing for the improvement
