Installer - Windows & Doors

We're partnered with a Nashville-based window and door installation company known for high-quality work across residential and commercial projects. Small reliable team, strong reputation, and a crew that takes the finished product seriously.
They're adding an Installation Technician to job sites across the Nashville area. Ideal candidates have installed windows and/or doors before and are ready to keep building on it.

What you'll do:
Install replacement and new construction windows, doors, and patio doors in residential and commercial settings
Remove existing units and prep openings correctly before install
Install interior and exterior trim with attention to fit and finish
Verify operation and quality of every install before leaving the site
Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
Communicate clearly and professionally with the team and occasionally with homeowners on site
What you need:
1+ years of window and/or door installation experience; strong background in finish carpentry considered
Proficiency in carpentry skills including trim, caulking, and hardware installation
Power tool proficiency required
Must be able to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights
Required: Reliable personal vehicle -- truck preferred -- and valid driver's license required
Required: Able to pass a background check with a clean driving record.
