Hybrid## Workforce Development SpecialistPearl Harbor, Hawaii, United States of AmericaJob Title: Workforce Development SpecialistJob Category: ConsultingTime Type: Full timeMinimum Clearance Required to Start: SecretEmployee Type: RegularPercentage of Travel Required: Up to 10%Type of Travel: Local\* \* \***The Opportunity:**CACI is seeking a Workforce Development Specialist to play a pivotal role in developing mid-level and senior-level Shipyard project personnel for successful workforce development outcomes.Leverage your experience and proven expertise to facilitate leadership development within a framework of sustainable workforce development.Use human-centered design principles to serve in a consultative capacity in a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on building relationships, influencing leadership development skills, training, and facilitating engagements for success.Work site will fluctuate between the customer site and hone site. This is a hybrid-remote position that requires a significant amount of work conducted on the customer site to ensure customer needs are met. To be considered applicants must be within commutable distance to Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF).**Responsibilities:**Conduct workforce organizational assessments and needs analysis. Map out a scope and sequence using backward planning. Apply subject matter expertise to determine the highest value-added goals and objectives and develop an effective course of action to achieve them.Develop, outline, and conduct key events and milestones to meet customer needs.Plan and deliver engagements of varied duration (.5 day - 9 days) for groups numbering 10-200. Customize these events to the development and timing needs of the customers you support.Manage communications, customer expectations, and program deliverables. Simultaneously execute multiple customer engagements, meetings, and routine/scheduled deliverables.Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop strategies for learning and training delivery across the Naval Maintenance Community.Build and develop relationships with integrated stakeholders across the Naval Maintenance Community.Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include submission of supporting data and metrics and timely completion of written reports to stakeholders, customers, and CACI leadership.Other duties may be assigned in support of contract taskings and mission success.**Qualifications:** *Required:*Must be a United States Citizen. Must have the ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret security clearance prior to start and subsequent final DOD Secret security clearance.Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. In lieu of the degree requirement, candidates with minimum 10 years of directly applicable work experience may be considered for this position.Minimum 5 years of work experience in consulting, training, education, workforce development, or leadership development.Experience facilitating meetings attended by senior leadership.Strong customer service orientation and written/verbal communication skills with the ability to respectfully engage internal and external customers at all levels in a manner that achieves successful outcomes.Outstanding organizational skills to efficiently manage competing priorities, multiple concurrent taskings, and firm deadlines.Proficiency with Microsoft 365.***Desired:***Active DOD Secret security clearance.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Any of the following: Design Thinking Certification/Experience, ADDIE Framework for Instructional Design, Professional Facilitation Training and/or Certificate, Workforce Development Training and/or Certificate, Project Management Training, Curriculum Development Training, Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt, Organizational Behavior Training, and/or Team Development Training.Previous military service.Work experience with the Naval Maintenance Community, United States Navy, or the Department of Defense.-**What You Can Expect:****A culture of integrity.**At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
