Digital Marketing Expert

In this key role, you will work closely with the CMO to amplify customer acquisition, drive revenue growth, and strengthen our market presence. We are looking for individuals with a robust background in executing successful multi-platform advertising campaigns and leveraging data-driven insights to achieve exceptional results.

Job Type: Full Time, Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Take charge of and enhance paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok, and more to drive lead generation, acquire customers, and boost revenue.
• Manage all facets of campaign strategies, including creative development, targeting, testing, and performance optimization.
• Analyze performance data from CRMs, GA4, and advertising platforms; produce insightful dashboards and reports to inform strategic decisions and budget allocation.
• Lead inbound marketing initiatives, including Email/SMS campaigns, onboarding flows, and promotions, to maximize conversions and foster customer retention.
• Pursue Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives using tools like Optimizely and Hotjar, aiming to enhance user experience and improve conversion rates.
• Utilize cutting-edge AI tools and marketing automation strategies to streamline processes and effectively scale campaigns.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure that paid media strategies align with broader business goals.

Essential Qualifications:

• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling high-budget paid media campaigns with clear ROI.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and various CRM systems.
• A strong analytical mindset, with advanced skills in reporting and analytics; familiarity with Google Data Studio or similar platforms is a plus.
• Experience in improving website conversion rates using effective CRO tools and methodologies.
• Exceptional project management and communication skills, with a proven track record of leading initiatives from inception to completion.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and innovative, with a genuine enthusiasm for testing and adopting new marketing technologies.
