Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in identifying suitable consumer loan products, including personal, car, and boat loans.
• Evaluate loan applications and ensure compliance with lending policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance to customers throughout the loan application and approval process.
• Collaborate with team members to review and underwrite loans, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of loan agreements and servicing activities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to loans.
• Work closely with credit union partners to facilitate seamless loan processing.
• Stay informed about retail lending trends and products to better serve customers.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with clients to support their financial needs and goals.
• Uphold banking standards and regulatory requirements in day-to-day operations.• Prior experience in loan administration or retail lending is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with consumer loan products and related processes.
• Strong knowledge of loan underwriting and review procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients.
• Ability to analyze financial information and make informed lending decisions.
• Proficiency in working within banking or credit union environments is a plus.
• Recent graduates with an interest in banking and finance are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate loan records.
