Shift Details:

• Schedule: 7p-7a
• Guaranteed 36 hours per week
• 13-week assignment

Required Qualifications:

• Active NYS RN license
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Previous travel experience
• Proficiency with MEDITECH EMR system
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

Preferred Experience:

• Critical care and charge nurse background
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to recognize and intervene in life-threatening situations
• Experience in medication admin, IV, and phlebotomy
• Completion of lethal dysrhythmia exam and defibrillation certification within six months of hire
• Safety-minded, with skill in patient transfer and the use of lifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care for diverse patient populations
• Assess clinical, teaching, mental, and spiritual needs of patients
• Prioritize care and delegate appropriately under fast-paced conditions
• Maintain a safe environment for patients and staff
• Step into the charge nurse role as needed
