Nexis Power is a fast-growing solar energy provider headquartered in Woburn, MA. Were on a mission to help homeowners take control of their energy costs through clean, affordable solar solutions. As we expand our remote sales force, were looking for motivated and ambitious professionals to join our team.

Position Overview:
Were hiring Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to support our sales efforts in the Massachusetts and Connecticut markets. This fully remote, commission-based role is ideal for self-starters who thrive on performance and enjoy outbound prospecting and lead conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Set appointments with inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns

• Prospect via cold calling, text messaging, email, and social media to identify new potential customers

• Build rapport quickly and professionally with homeowners

• Schedule consultations for our Solar Consultants in MA and CT

• Manage outreach activity and pipeline using CRM tools

• Hit weekly targets for outreach volume and appointments set

Qualifications:

• Must reside in Texas, Georgia, or Wyoming
  
  
• Prior experience in appointment setting , telemarketing , or sales is strongly preferred

• Excellent communication and follow-up skills

• Comfortable working independently and staying self-motivated in a remote environment

• High-energy, resilient, and goal-oriented

• Experience in solar or home improvement industries is a plus

Compensation:

• 100% commission-based no base salary
