NABCO is looking for a few highly motivated professionals with excellent customer service and sales experience to excel within an Inside Sales Technician position at our corporate headquarters in Burbank. NABCO conducts direct inbound phone/email sales to electrical wholesalers/distributors across the country, so any applicable electrical industry experience is a plus, though not required for this position. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to: customer service, quote generation, product knowledge, technical guidance, order processing, problem solving, team building, and direct sales (absolutely NO cold calls/telemarketing).
