Inside Sales Representative

We are looking to grow our team with people who share our energy and enthusiasm for creating the best experience for our customers. NABCO is looking for a few highly motivated professionals with excellent customer service and sales experience to excel within an Inside Sales Technician position at our corporate headquarters in Burbank. NABCO conducts direct inbound phone/email sales to electrical wholesalers/distributors across the country, so any applicable electrical industry experience is a plus, though not required for this position. Duties for this position include, but are not limited to: customer service, quote generation, product knowledge, technical guidance, order processing, problem solving, team building, and direct sales (absolutely NO cold calls/telemarketing). NABCO sells business to business through wholesale distribution only and will not sell directly to contractors or the public. We are always expanding into new product lines as well as new markets and need dynamic inside sales representatives/leaders to keep pace with existing growth.
