Job Description Job Description Logistics Specialist I As a Logistics Specialist I, you support the preparation, documentation, and coordination of logistics for spares, tools, test equipment, and materials. You assist with shipping, routing, inventory tracking, and recordkeeping to ensure proper storage and deployment. This role involves learning and following state, federal, and international import/export regulations while supporting safe handling of materials in a safety-sensitive environment. Requirements: High school diploma or GED (experience or higher education may substitute) Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Preferred: Experience with inventory or shipping databases (FedEx, DHL, UPS) Knowledge of logistics, supply chain, or inventory systems Forklift operation, HazMat training, or aviation/aerospace exposure
