Physical Therapy Technician | Love Your Job At Last!

We are a nationally recognized, cutting-edge Physical & Occupational Therapy clinic looking for a highly motivated A-Player to join our family.

We want a part-time (progressing to full-time) Tech & Front Desk Superstar to support us as we solve medical mysteries and help patients become "Fully Functional." Your role will rapidly grow based on performance to include more hours, responsibilities, and higher pay.

Essential Requirements:

  • Punctuality and reliable transportation (non-negotiable)

  1. Empathetic Brand Ambassador: You are the first face patients see. Being warm, friendly, and respectful is vital and non-teachable.
  2. Extraordinarily Organized: You must maintain systems, process emails, handle busy phone lines, and multitask while keeping the clinic clutter-free.
  3. Professional Communicator: You must handle sensitive info with tact, find solutions, and write/edit professional documents.
  4. Pro-active & Resourceful: Anticipate the needs of both patients and staff.

Ideal Experience & Qualities:

  • Background in medical offices, high-level customer service, or team leadership.
  • A relentless Positive Mental Attitude and a "Whatever It Takes" approach. We pull together, and you will never hear us say "that's not my job."

Location & Compensation:

  • Location: Metro Detroit (Royal Oak/Canton/Grosse Pointe), MI.
  • Compensation: At least 10% above industry average, with regular reviews for raises and bonuses.
  • Benefits: 401(k) with matching, Health Insurance, Paid Time Off & Holidays, Employee Discounts.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday (8, 10, or 12-hour shifts).
