The team is expected to be innovative, highperformingand flexible – ready to cope with the rapidly changing dynamics of the European Power market. The role as Product Owner Nordic Asset Development: As Product Ownerfor Nordic AssetDevelopmentyou will lead a team of 6 full stack developers and 1 Scrum-master aiming to develop, implement andmaintainsystem and tools used for planningandoptimisationof Vattenfall Nordic portfolioandformarket accessto physical power markets.You are also responsible fordeveloping both the HOW (product vision) and the WHAT (backlog) as well as continuously keeping thisaligned with internal stakeholders(users, businessexperts&other IT-teams). You will report to the Director of Intraday Optimisation Nordic, but the Nordic Asset Development-teamdeliverssupportalsoto other stakeholders andthe overall objective is to support BU Assets(including Intraday Optimisation Nordic) with systems and tools to enablemaximising the value of Vattenfall Nordic portfolio while also coping with new market requirements. Main tasks and responsibilities: Develops the "WHY"(Product Vision) and the "WHAT" (backlog) Align with business and IT stakeholders, set priorities, and propose short- and long-term product goals The core duty is to ensure the product delivers the most value to customers, stakeholders, and the business. System ownership (compliance, IT security, audits, SLAs, etc.) supporting agile transformation and faster decision-making Challengeestablishedsolutions andinitiatenew business improvements. Qualifications We are looking for a personwith: RelevantUniversity degreeof quantitative/financial discipline(e.g.Engineering, IT, Econometrics,Mathematics, Physics or similar) A genuine interest for andminimum 5 years ofexperience from the Nordic physical power market Knowledgeof agile process frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban Experience from working in large complex organisations Fluent in Swedish and English, bothverbally and in text To succeed in thisrole you are analytical, structured, and skilled at communicating and adapting messages to different stakeholders. You have agood understanding of the fundamentals of the Nordic power market, atechnical understandingof the toolswe are using for market optimisation andtrading,andenjoythebenefits and challenges from working in a large organisation with many interfaces and areas of collaboration.
