Success Academy Charter Schools, Inc. is seeking a School Year 26-27 High School Teacher to join our Education, Training & E-Learning department and help deliver world-class instruction to scholars across our New York City network. As a member of a high-performing public charter school system, you will design and implement rigorous, engaging lessons that align to demanding academic standards and prepare students for college and life success. You will use innovative, data-informed teaching practices to accelerate student learning, set ambitious goals, and relentlessly pursue measurable results in your content area, whether in humanities, STEM, or specialized electives. In this role, you will plan and execute daily lessons that challenge students to think critically, solve complex problems, and demonstrate deep content mastery. You will analyze assessment data frequently to identify learning gaps, differentiate instruction, and provide targeted interventions and enrichment. You will create and maintain a structured, joyful, and safe classroom culture grounded in high expectations, clear routines, and strong relationships with students and families. Collaboration is central to the work: you will work closely with grade-level and content teams, instructional coaches, and school leadership to refine curriculum, share effective strategies, and continually improve your practice through observation, feedback, and professional learning.
